The use of AI does help many people especially in our generation today. To preserve the legacy of the past artists, studios should use AI to help finish works by dead artists. In the current state of the world, AI helps in many ways especially because it is more efficient for our lives. Sometimes studios have no time to find artists that are free and willing to continue the works of dead artists and so to help their legacy to still thrive, I believe studios could use AI to help finish the works of the dead artists for them also to be remembered.

The Tupac hologram at Coachella is a perfect example. It felt less like a tribute and more like a ghoulish impersonation, a ghost on stage instead of a living artist. When we use AI to finish someone's work, we're not honoring them, we're just putting words in a dead person's mouth. It's not art, it's tech demoing.

The Beatles a famous band had to use AI to help continue and finish their album "Now and Then." This shows that AI does help honor them as people continue to listen to their songs. Using AI to finish their songs also help to show what they would've done if they were still alive.

Finishing a dead artist's work with AI isn't about legacy, it's about pretending they're still here. The real legacy is what they actually made and left behind, not some artificial extension we force onto it. When we do that, we turn their art into a product instead of a memory.

Studios have to continue to produce arts and when an artist is dead they need to help continue what they have started. So, instead of having to directly pretend that they are the artist themselves, it is better to have AI to continue so that the art finished would be better and may be even close or similar to the artists goal.

The Beatles thing actually proves my point. They had scraps and demos, but AI filled in gaps that John never chose to fill. That's not showing what he would've done, that's guessing. A real artist would want their unfinished work to stay unfinished, not get smoothed over by a machine pretending to be them.
