The world in 1945 was totally different. Countries like India and Brazil are huge and powerful now, so it feels wrong they have no permanent seat. I'm not sure exactly how to make it work, but the council should probably reflect today's world.

I guess you're right that adding new members is complicated, and I don't know how you'd pick who gets in. But my gut still says places like India and Brazil matter so much today, leaving them out just feels outdated. Maybe it's not perfect, but something should change.
