Hello, you must think AI won't replace humans. Although, you must've not been seeing the statistics. There is a lowered need of employment in many areas. Roles that secretaries once did are consumed by AI engines or AI that goes on browsers (writing emails and sorting schedules). There is also a lowered amount of computer science majors going into the job market as AI is great as all things math after all it is what they are made out of. All the code that humans make can be made by AI. There is a prompt engineering need of course but how long til an AI powered robot can do that themselves. Things like customer support have been replaced by AI. Chatbots help out on websites helping out with FAQ, something previously resolved over an email or a call with a receptionist (also soon to be replaced). While human actors and actresses have emotions incomparable to AI right now, generative AI is vastly improving to the point where its own videos looks so realistic that it makes viewers want to watch. In fact, many AI-created songs have been top of the charts with, at first glance, no suspected AI use. Some people thought a human made it. AI simulates the human mind as it comes from a copy of OUR neural networks so how long til that simulation becomes so realistic we begin using it increasingly or it does the daily tasks we once did increasingly.

You're boiling down my prior argument to songs, but I'll entertain you. When making money, one doesn't consider the morality of it so "what's right" is the wrong question and "what's good for business" is the right question as we are considering whether AI will replace humans and that usually correlates to employment in most cases.

That was certainly not the argument I picked, the argument picked here was "Will AI replace humans", but I see on the title now that changed. See even you don't need me - a human - to change the title anymore, it can instantly do that itself. But, since it already did that and there's no changing that I'll answer the question: AI does have a limit on creativity but that isn't the question it's whether AI songs should be allowed on platforms. Although I overall disagree, since i'm on the "for" side I'd say that AI-made songs should be allowed on platforms. And why is that? Art is a field that is very broad. It shouldn't be limited to just humans and it isn't like the model wasn't created by a human. While it may seem unethical; ultimately, the model is created by a human and given its purpose by a human. It pulls from the web and uses it to make something "sub-original" usually using a voice that is similar to a real person's and lyrics similar to another song that are usually generic. There is always a cost with something. Jobs may be lost and jobs may be found. Software engineers and many other tech jobs may be found with AI making songs on platforms while real artists may lose jobs. So while there is a loss for humans, there is also a gain for humans
