Who owns the AI actor's likeness? If an AI actor says something racist or political, who gets sued? Studios already got burned by the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike — they had to agree to protect human likeness. Replacing stars with AI would trigger lawsuits and strikes that would shut Hollywood down.

The other side seems to assume lawsuits and strikes will scare studios off for good, but I think money talks louder over ten years. Fair point about the legal mess, I honestly can't argue that away. I just still feel a cheap digital star will eventually win out.
