B12 is a perfect example - it's naturally found in animal products, and vegans have to supplement. That's not a small thing.
I'm not saying eat factory-farmed meat every meal. But well-sourced, grass-fed meat from regenerative farms? That's actually better for the environment than monocrop agriculture. You can't grow quinoa in most of the world's grasslands, but you can graze cattle there.
So yeah, let's fix the bad stuff in our food system. But pretending humans aren't designed to eat meat? That's ignoring basic biology.
