Christianity keeps saying there's only one God, so calling it polytheistic seems off to me. I get why the other side points at three persons, but I think that's still meant as one God. I can't explain the Trinity well, but it's not three separate gods.

I think the issue is what Christianity actually claims to worship, and it claims one God. My opponent makes a fair point about three persons, and I'm not sure how to answer that. Still, my gut says one God means not polytheistic.

I still think the word God means one thing to Christians, not three separate gods, so polytheistic just does not fit. My opponent makes a fair point about the three persons and I honestly cannot argue it well. It still feels like one God to me.
