college should deserve the direct page from the school it is not not from deal it is it does not give consistency in and it is not consisted and is not consistent so it doesn't provide in financial security to the athletes

but if they don't get the pay from the from the school itself and they are getting pay from The Deals how will the manage to play and they will have to work part time so they have to do something if they don't have any financial security financial and their financially burden they have to worry about and let's say about college both and college going to college board you know there is lot of competition in the in the recruitment it is not in the recruitment I am saying in the selection and if a student is getting selected on the basis of their ability then I think paying them you know isn't that much and I think and I think the Pati should be on the basis of they performance not completely but you know there should be some margin

so basically question is in that they should receive pay or not whether there student or employee I think if the institute is getting the economic benefit economic value of the labour then I think they are I think that justify the compensation
