Picture a 19-year-old in my building, working two jobs, got pregnant after the condom broke. She's not killing anyone—she's trying not to lose her apartment, her job, her shot at anything. You keep calling the fetus an innocent person with full rights, but early on it has no consciousness, no senses, no mind. It's potential life, not a person yet.
And even if it were a person, Thomson's violinist argument still holds: nobody gets to hijack your body without consent, even to save a life. That's not "self-harm." Abortion is self-preservation. Calling it semi-suicide is insulting—it's a woman choosing not to be destroyed by a pregnancy she can't handle.
You say we have objective duties, but what about the duty to the woman already here? What about the kids she's feeding? The real harm is forcing her into that corner. That's what's bad, not her choice.
