Africa's development isn't something that is entirely African. Africa is going to be aided by Europe, USA, China etc. Africa isn't the rebellious teen in the way you're trying to portray. Instead it is the silent young adult that seems to grow by learning from those with norw experience. We can see this in countries with high levels of gdp growth like Nigeria and Ethiopia. Africa is a relatively young continent. Literally and politically. Many of its nation states are less than 65 years old. Such a country barely had any experience but has a lot of potential. Demographically the African population is very young. This means that the job vacuum from the older developed world will be filled by Africans. One amy say the economic growth effect will be reduced because if AI, however the young are the ones that will innovate for the AI to continue to advance. Because of this I think it's logical for once to see that Africa is the next hub of economic growth.
