Honestly, the question shouldn't be which is more convenient; it should be which one actually helps people get work done. I just feel like being in an office keeps you on track, and working from home makes it too easy to drift.

But isn't it hard to separate work from home life when your desk is right there? Maybe remote is more convenient, sure, but I still feel an office puts everyone in the same mindset. I am not sure how to argue it better, really.
