I am of the firm belief remote work is a downgrade compared towards face to face office work. Remote work is a weakness towards team chemistry as well as potential difficulties in terms of communication, Hypothetical a boss having to wait 30 mins beyond for a reply from his coworkers due to a bad wifi or perhaps the worker ignoring them a lack of culpability you know.

Doesn't it just make sense that skipping the commute gives someone back time and energy? I feel like remote work is better because you can just roll out of bed and start, and that seems nicer than an office. I'm not sure how to explain it more than that.

Sure, someone waiting on a reply sounds annoying, and maybe office folks talk faster. But imagine a commuter losing two hours a day just to sit in traffic. I still feel remote is better, even if I can't really argue why.

Apparently office workers get interrupted every few minutes, which sounds exhausting. That's fair about new hires needing face time, and I don't really know how to argue with it. I still just feel remote is better because people get quiet stretches to actually finish things.
