No because it’s a good way to make money and I don’t think any thing bad happens when thay do that so I say no

Most people just want to do their jobs and plan for retirement like anyone else. If an elected official can't buy a stock, they're cut off from the same investing tools everyone uses. That seems unfair, and I'm not sure how you police it fairly.
