You're right that clinics and subways need density. But that's a convenience argument, not a health argument. The WHO data stands: 99 percent of us breathe unsafe air. Dense cities concentrate that exposure. Access to care can't outrun the air you breathe. So yes, fix the pollution, then density helps. Until then, I'm against.
