lets take a look at a concrete example. Lawmakers attempting to create or pass a bill that benefits their google stock. there must be a transparency between the lawmaker and the public, as well as toward a system that prevents a lawmaker from even attempting to create a personal-biased decision. lawmakers are made to represent the people and not their financial situations, but they as well as us given the free market must not be barred from a right they have to trade. However i do believe in the right of access for a lawmaker to the free market but they chose to have a responsibility toward their nation so, their stocks must be public and there must be a system to bard a lawmaker from making desitions for financial gain.

Maybe we can meet each-other mid way, what if laws written towards corporations and companies or financial circumstances are decided by a separate entity? just like the one created by Theodore Roosevelt, Bureau of Corporations (in 1903). And these must not have any ties to stock so we can prevent the miss use of power and its abuse.

Rules? thats exactly my point, which rules? This is the whole reason power is separated between the branches of government, even the whole reason that religion is separate of politics, so that people cant look for their personal interests or the ones of a specific group. Lets replicate that in the lawmaking branch (judiciary)
