college athletes which are sent to delegate their schools or university, should be paid as an incentive. and "paid" in here, is not only about the money. the schools can pay for accomodation. or can give some scholarships. or at least, cover all the bill caused by the travel all the way to the competition. these incentives, (a chance to create achievement and portofolio without or less expenses), is the big factor of college athletes' motivation. no one would train for years, and follow competition or olympiade, yet he or she still have to paid all the bills.

I just simply ask a question, I gave my argument. why you think that not paying them is not an answer?

and neglect the college athletes by not cover their bills is a burden. if you argue in the term of morale, it's immoral for schools or university to let their athelets, which struggle for its name, hold the burden alone.
