I think we all agree saving lives and respecting choices matter. Still, I lean toward opt-out, because lots of people probably support donation but never fill out the form. If the default is yes, maybe more people end up helping without really losing the choice.

Honestly, the other side's point about bodily autonomy is fair, and I'm not sure how to argue past it. I just keep thinking, imagine someone who'd gladly donate but never got around to signing up. Opt-out feels like it quietly catches them.
