Remote work is better than office work. Remote workers show no reduction in productivity outputs, at time, producing more considerate, higher quality work. The biggest gains for remote work are enabling the broader participation of women, parents, and those with a disability to participate in the economy. This isn't just a nicety, women lift the economy by participating. Remote work means less time commuting, and more time with family. It also reduces the impact of commuting and driving on the enviornment
