Music in general is for people to enjoy, streaming services such as Spotify are where music goes for you to create playlists and for it to be listened to. the fact that the music is ai does not mean it deserves to be unheard. Many ai songs are great and at first glance you might not even notice they are ai. So because of the quality of the music and most of the time their are standards for the streaming services, I think it is perfectly acceptable to have it on them. Many people enjoy and want to put ai songs on their Spotify playlist. why should we not let them do that just because others dont like it?

And with that add a filter that removes all the ai music from your Spotify search or feed. Then both sides get what they want. people who enjoy ai music can find it, but people who dislike it can avoid it entirely.

A gut feeling should not cut off a whole type of music from streaming platforms. the Practical worry is easily solved if the streaming services make the requirements of 1: a ai tag. and 2: a no ai filter. this would solve your practical issue and shows why ai and human music can coexist. Which is why I think it should be allowed as with simple precautions you can avoid human music creators from being ruined by ai over taking them.
