I agree that most of AI-generated music is currently cheap. But not because it can't be good through AI, but because most of the artists who generate music through AI-generation are not interested in refining it enough. That said, there is a better solution than just banning AI-generated music, which is a better filtering of music quality. Actually, the algorithm itself will understand and distinguish perceived good music and bad music after a good amount of data. To enforce this smart filters can be used. For example filters that look at the account, if that's publish a lot or not, and which quality followed his published music; filters that look directly at the quality of the music and try to guess if it will be good or not. Not sure about the performance of these last filters, but I am pretty sure there are solutions to filter out spammy AI music where AI is used to flood cheap tracks.
