It turns out that all our problems are really tied to viruses, which are expressions of Entropy. There are viruses that can infect our brains and produce malware to infect others, and that is what is holding us back. The viruses (Cluster-B variants) and their malware are literally fragmenting our Genome. That is the "Great Filter" of the Genome. If we remove the viruses and their malware from our Genome, then our Genome can have a "Great Awakening" and be born into the galaxy as it's supposed to, but this process can also fail. The problem is that regular people cannot see the difference between people who have empathy and those who are not even physically (or mentally) capable of it. We have up to 15 percent of our human population right now that has an atrophied, shrunken vmPFC unit inside their brain that is effectively inoperable, but everyone is just pretending like this is somehow not a problem, and so they try to treat everyone the same no matter what. Then they act surprised and wonder why they get taken advantage of, and they try Robert Greene's techniques and they find out they work. The problem is that it's only that 10-15 percent of the population of Cluster-B pathogens that you cannot do empathy with that are causing all the problems in our societies. Greene's techniques work against these pathogens, and since regular people don't even know there is a such a thing as a human pathogen, they disregard the work because no one wants to act all "Machiavellian" with other regular people that can do empathy, because they have a working vmPFC inside their brain. And not everyone has that (Cluster-B "personality types" in particular). People don't get that you only need to do the Machavellien/Greene stuff with Cluster-B people to stop them from preying on you.
