The practical consequence of my position is that women's sports stay open to fair competition without turning every event into a sex-testing exercise. If advantage is the concern, handle it how sport already handles advantage: with evidence-based eligibility rules, not blanket exclusion. Testosterone limits, transition timing, and sport-specific data matter more than a category label. A trans woman who meets those rules isn't automatically unfair, and treating her as if she is punishes her for a hypothetical. Regulate advantage directly, not by default.
