Well, I don't know what you mean by your arguments but I'll try to respond. Rights are not privileges, it is something every human gets simply for being a human. Rights don't have to be earned and historically the amount of rights you were appointed too, depended on your position in society. A wealthy man from a prestigious family had historically in western societies more rights than ordinary civilians, which lead to injustice, loss of lives, and inequality. And unfortunately even in modern society, there are groups who believe some deserve less rights than others. It is a harmful way of thinking often lead by racism, xenophobia, sexism, nationalism and so on depending on it's exact statement. But just because those groups think in that certain way does not make it morally acceptable for us to take away their human rights to show them 'how it feels like' , we have no right to do that, and it is morally wrong because it treats rights expandable, and does the same thing the other group is doing, because by believing it is acceptable to let those groups lose their rights because of their beliefs, we are in the same category except they might believe race decides the deserving of rights, amd we think belief decides the deserving of rights and that kind of thinking is morally wrong. (Had to repeat this because the AI wasn't responding)
