Is remote work better than working in an office?

Partially it must be a constant choice of when to be in office and when to be in home for work based on cnditions

Imagine someone trying to learn a new job from their kitchen table. It just feels harder to pick up on things without seeing how coworkers actually react. I get that remote work saves time, but I honestly think we lose something important without that daily face-to-face connection.
