Yes, that may sound right to you, but if you look at it logically, nowadays we need technology to survive. We need technology for everything. So if you're going to ban it from almost our everyday lives, even at schools, yes, I get it is not appropriate for them to be there. But if you're going to take it away, or if you're going to say no to technology, which is not about daily lives, how are we going to survive in the future?

Then parents should put their kids on parental control, monitor them all the time. And also if you are going to give your child a phone, make sure that you are monitoring them. If you want to keep their sanity safe, monitor their phone. Also, there could be educational stuff on a phone and it could be taught to kids at school. Even nowadays, like if you see in Form 3, you need to take a laptop to school for work because nowadays, as I said, we are needing to use technology more even for school. Maybe, yes, it being appropriate in classes, during classes is unacceptable, but if it could be put in a bag or if it could be given to the teachers during lessons, then that's much better, no? And yes, I agree with you. Smartphones can contain many things that children don't know how to control. Even like gambling, all the examples that you basically said, I understand that. But as I said, things should be monitored. If kids are getting into that kind of educational stuff, even though it may not be educational, but if children are getting into that kind of stuff, then that is the parents' fault for not monitoring them and for not looking after them properly.
