Think about it from their perspective. You spend years learning an instrument, writing lyrics from real heartbreak or joy, and then your song gets buried under thousands of AI tracks that took someone ten minutes to generate. That's not competition, it's flooding the market. Streaming platforms already pay artists pennies per stream. Adding infinite AI songs just dilutes the pool further, making it even harder for real musicians to make a living. I'm not saying AI music shouldn't exist at all.
