No that will diminishes the society tradition and working culture. if some one is sitting and doing nothing to provide for him self what is the purpose of working hard?
Did you know Finland's UBI trial found it didn't really get people into jobs? That makes me worried. I'm not an expert, but giving everyone money sounds like it would cost a ton and maybe make people less motivated to work.
but it gave people stability though out the county and peace so there is no finance burden to hold so they just need to focus on the common good of all
You make a fair point about working culture, and I'm not sure how to argue against it. But I still worry UBI would give people less reason to work. Plus, I have no idea how we'd pay for it without huge taxes.
I see your point about stability, that does sound nice. But if someone can just get money without working, wouldn't a lot of people just stay home? I still can't shake the feeling that it would change the whole idea of earning your way.
