You are misrepresenting my claim. Miscarriages are not by choice they are completely natural. What I am mentioning is the deliberate killing of the fetus. And by saying that doctors could face prison time you pre assume the abortion is healthcare. What argument do you have for that?

And I would consider sex as consenting to possible outcomes because when you engage in sex you understand that you may become pregnant. Whether you use contraceptives or not.
