Is a node with the most traffic actually ruling the network, or just the biggest participant in a system where consensus still needs everyone else? My opponent's analogy cuts against them. The Eagles may be the strongest node right now, and I'll grant them the best roster and recent hardware. But ruling means controlling consensus, not winning a tiebreak. In a decentralized network, no single node rules; the protocol does. In the NFC East, the schedule and health are the protocol, and both keep flipping. Until one team's control survives a bad Sunday, the crown stays contested.
