The real question is whether a tiny human life deserves protection, not just what adults want. My opponent might say it's about choice, and that sounds fair, but I still feel it's wrong to end a life.
I'm saying that abortions should be illegal when they are aborting at an early stage of pregnancy when the fetus is still a very small being a very small organism like the size of a bean but I am against the abortion that happens when the baby is fully formed and they have organs heart and functioning organs I'm against the abortion of that late pregnancy but if it's at the early stage of pregnancy I think that abortion should be legal because the woman has the choice to let her body to be destroyed and give birth to this being or aborted and try another time when she feels ready and there is no way that a woman would like to keep the baby off of rapist because everyone she gives birth to that baby every time she looks at that case she might get reminded of the traumatic experiences that she had experienced just to give birth to that baby or the traumatic experience of getting raped
Imagine a tiny life with no voice in the matter. My opponent makes a fair point about hard cases, and I'm not sure how to argue back, but I still feel that being unwanted shouldn't decide whether a life gets to continue.
By your logic you don't want to kill a living being but what if you go out and step on up and isn't that also considered murder should you also be thrown to jail just because you stepped on an end all right then abortion is also that case the fetus is still an organism and it still does not have any nerves to feel pain it cannot even think for itself or realize what it's going on or even no it's in the womb or what is its purpose in life so there is no way for the baby to feel pain or to think for itself it does not even know it exists yet so yeah
A surprising fact is that a heartbeat can start before many people even know they're pregnant. My opponent makes a fair point about rape and choice, and I'm not sure how to argue back. I still just feel that tiny heartbeat means a life worth protecting.
