Biological sex is fixed at conception and is determined STRICTLY by chromosomal configurations which are typically XX for females and XY for males). From this view, policy shifts that prioritize gender identity over biological sex and biological fact about a human are undercutting the legal and statistical frameworks designed to monitor and address sex-based disparities in areas such as employment, healthcare, and public representation.

So, if we take these into consideration, men who are biologically born as men can never TRULY become a woman. Simple fact.

Therefore, if a man said he was a woman, that would be physically, genetically, and biologically impossible since a man cannot have the same traits, characteristics, and biological functions as a woman.
