Think about a fan who waited years for an unfinished story, and AI could give them an ending. If a creator left notes or drafts behind, finishing it seems like honoring what they wanted. I just think closure matters more than the weirdness.

I dissaprove of this.AI is not supposed to be used for this purpose. An unfinished work is unfinished for a reason and a fans closure for an ending is not a reasonable thing to put over the respect for the artist and their work and what if they intended to leave it unfinished?
An AI can only imitate an artist but it can never bring the significance of the artist.
And moreover, its just overriding the permission of the artist and disrespect.

Think of Dickens's The Mystery of Edwin Drood, left half-finished when he died. If AI could give readers an ending using his notes, that feels more like honoring the book than ruining it. I know it's weird, but closure matters.

Other authors have finished The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and Mozart's Requiem was completed after he died. I get that AI can feel disrespectful, and honestly I'm not sure how to argue that. I still feel giving fans an ending is better than leaving it forever open.
