Think of any choice as a best response. Given your preferences, beliefs, and constraints, your action is the output of a function. Change the inputs, and the output changes. That's exactly how game theory models decisions: a Nash equilibrium isn't freely chosen, it's forced by the payoff matrix. The other side points to the feeling of freedom, but that feeling is just the system reporting its own computation. Indeterminacy at the quantum level doesn't give you control, it just adds randomness. A random choice isn't free either. So either determined or random, never free.
