Imagine a road that goes on forever with no end. Someone says there's a road even longer. I don't see how that's possible, because forever already means you never stop. So something greater than infinity just sounds like a made up phrase to me.
well when we are talking about an entity older than infinite themself that action was cause by the reaction was created form the origin, lets take this as an example we have a graph and it starts from one place like a parabola but when we take something like y=3 its when we ask where does it comefrom because if we are starting from the middle its as if saying that time was created in the middle of all things and that cannot be true because the middle point is always going forward because its the average of 2 things the beginning and ending and those 2 variables are infinite hence the higher form of entity may be a number that cannot be defined or explained but thats what people think, you see infinite must come from somthing and that something is what i call x-instance where its a x variable outside of the reality the box now thinking outside of it is a pretty good way of putting it but its bassically a number where it cannot be created destroyed added or excluded its always there and always bigger than the next variable that comes along
My opponent makes a fair point about infinity feeling contradictory, and honestly I'm not sure how to argue back. But my gut still says something bigger than forever is just a fancier word for the same endless thing. That's all I've got.
well in this case the x-instance is a made up concept but a concept that cant really be proved to be false because you cant attack something that is made up to fill the gaps in reality itself such as a higher being thats always existed longer than infinity
Imagine a ruler with no last mark, then someone says there's a ruler outside it that's longer. To me that outside ruler is still just endless, not greater. My opponent's idea sounds fair, but I can't see how it's not the same forever in a new coat.
