We both live in a world shaped by uncertainty, so I agree we can't expect total proof for anything. But that's exactly where God falls apart. Religious belief is a fragile explanation: it shifts shape whenever you test it. Untreatable illness? God's plan. Recovered? God's mercy. No prediction fails because no prediction is ever made. A real claim takes risks, puts skin in the game. Science does; God doesn't. If a belief can't be broken under stress, it's not robust—it's just unfalsifiable. That's why I can't take it seriously.
