Jesus is clearly god in the bible as in john gosple says the word was with god and the word was GOD and the word became flesh

The other side gets it backwards by reading later church theology into the text. If Jesus was God, why did he pray to the Father and even say the Father is greater than him? That doesn't make sense if they're the same. The Bible itself keeps Jesus and God separate.

The other side gets John 1 wrong by ignoring Jesus' own words. If Jesus was God, why does he say the Father is greater than him and pray to God, and even admit he doesn't know the day of judgment? Those things don't fit with being the all-knowing God.

i and the father are one? i explaind that jesus is fully human fully god that is his human nature even in the old testament it says that gods son is divine like isaiah 9 6 For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. who other than god is called migthy god? in john it says the word became flesh so he had a human nature also fully god fully human who is called mighty god other than god himself?

When I actually read the gospels, Jesus never walks around saying "I am God." He calls himself the Son of Man, prays to the Father, and talks to him like a separate person. If John 1 meant he was literally God, the rest of the Bible would say it that plainly, not just in one poetic opening.

No thats not the case it says many times in the bible he didnt need to say i am god beacause the message is clear who says i am NO ONE SAYS THAT other than god you cannot find a verse someone claiming that title other than god why is isaiah calling him mighty god? plus john the baptizer says i am the one making way for the lord he was quoting isaiah and the original text is this A voice of one calling:
“In the wilderness prepare
the way for the Lord
make straight in the desert
a highway for our God.

If Jesus is God, then who was he praying to in the garden? The Bible shows him begging the Father to take the cup away, and saying the Father is greater than him. That only makes sense if they're separate. Isaiah calling him Mighty God is poetic, not a math equation.

The other side keeps pulling single verses out of context, but the whole Bible shows Jesus and the Father as separate. Even after rising from the dead, Jesus says he's going to his God and your God. That just wouldn't make sense if he was literally God himself.
