There's a huge amount of ways that AI-generated songs could be added to streaming platforms. For example, you could allow them on streaming platforms but not allow creators posting them to collect any royalties on them (also questionable whether this is possible under copyright law as AI-generated content is not copyrightable). Anyone arguing against this has to argue that *any form* of having AI-generated songs on streaming services is harmful or bad. Otherwise, why not? They're songs, streaming services offer songs, and they can be implemented differently.

Streaming services can and have implemented filters to remove AI-generated songs for people who don't prefer them. Spotify has verification badges for artists. Its algorithms are tuned not to generally recommend AI-generated content in its popular playlists. Human curators generally do not curate it. Songs being on the platform does not mean you have to see them or care about them.

I can't find any popular AI-generated songs on the Spotify top 100 list, or any AI-generated songs in most popular playlists I look through. I also personally do not get recommended AI-generated songs by Spotify, even through their AI features. Feeling like real music gets buried does not mean it does. You have the ability and wherewithall to be able to find music that matches your preferences on most streaming platforms. That does not mean that music should not be present there.
