Firstly, i still believe, that everyone can become a billionaire, you just need a good strategy.
Secondly, billionaires are usually WAY more busy than the nurse, that you described. Billionaires are always busy with calls, documents, staff control and other stuff.
Thirdly, your nurse argument doesnt mean that billionaires shouldn't exist, it just means nurses should get more money, if they really "save lives every day", as you said. And it still shouldn't be more money than a billionaire gets, because, firstly a billionaire makes WAY more impact, secondly, it is WAY harder to become a billionaire, than a nurse.
And you said "sure, motivation matters", so you now agree, that billionaires should exist?
Maybe there is a guy, who got his 200 billions just for inventing a way to sell ads a bit better, but thats not all of the billionaires, there are also a lot of billionaires, who created things like Smartphones or other things we use every day.
