It just seems like a giant bill with no clear way to pay for it, and someone has to foot that cost through taxes or cuts elsewhere. I get the idea of helping people, but this feels like an expensive illusion that could leave everyone paying more for the same problems.

Abortion is murder. In science, when a human sperm cell and an egg synthesize to make a new organism, that organism is called a fetus. What makes a “nonhuman” fetus different from a baby? Is it because of the fact that the fetus cannot survive without its mother? Is it because of the fact that the fetus barely looks like a human? Is it because of the fact that the fetus cannot move? I tell you, a fetus is a baby and a baby is a fetus. There is nothing added to a fetus during pregnancy which makes it more or less human.

Imagine a monthly check going to everyone, including folks doing fine, while taxes rise for working people to cover it. The other side may have a fair point, but I honestly don't know how to answer it, and my gut still says this is just an expensive illusion.
