If a classical god is all powerful and all good, then suffering seems like it shouldn't exist at all. I know people say free will or a bigger plan explains it, but that answer just doesn't click for me. It still feels like a contradiction, and I do not know how to get past it.

Premise one:things need explanation knowledge

P4 the nessacary being Arugement is for instance if you put a door but nobody knows what the door is and how it works or functions in the middle of the forest it would be nothing
P5 that means that everything that exists that has a purpose needs to have a set purpose and to be known as something
P6 there has to be something that explained everything since everything has an explanation
Therefore everything created needs a explanation p7 we know the universe was created so it needs an explanation conclusion therefore if the start of existence has an explanation that proves a all knowing god
Using lezbinz law god exists
Supported by platos theory of forums 2nd conclusion a sentient being has to understand therefore it's a sentient being the most logical answer is a omnipotent god

Practically, if no classical god exists, we are stuck making meaning and morals ourselves, which is scary but honest. You make a fair point that something could be behind it all, and I cannot really argue back. Still, so much suffering seems to rule out a good all powerful god to me.

I think the necessary being argument slips up when it says everything needs an explanation, then makes one exception. That feels like a rule bent to fit, though I admit I cannot really argue it. The suffering thing still leaves me doubting a good all powerful god.
