From my point of view,technology do make us more alone mentally.In reality,with the rapid development of technology,moe and more younger immerse into the Internet world,overlooking many things in reality.This leads to their spiritual poverty.They have fewer practical experience,and gain knowledge online.So,technology makes us more alone.That's my argument.

Take someone who moves to a new city and uses a group chat to keep up with old friends; that seems like less isolation, not more. I get the other side may have a point about screens, but my gut says technology often just keeps connections hanging around.
