I think the pro side misses how easy it is to just keep scrolling and lose hours without meaning to. It seems like it messes with attention and makes people compare themselves to strangers. I can't really prove it, but that's my gut feeling.
Yes some of your saying is right but not all people comparing themselves to other stranger they making fun watching comedy and shopping what they want or need.Even when your scrolling through your phone in hours there's a meaning bruhh, you learn a lesson in the video you watch.
Imagine someone waiting for a bus who opens TikTok for a minute and looks up twenty minutes later, missing their stop. Sure, finding trends or ordering stuff seems fair, and I don't know how to argue with that. I still feel it just eats people's time.
For my invistigation even they watching videos in tiktok while waiting the bus stop they know that the bus is stop, they standing right in the front of the bus so they can't missed the stop of the bus,yes your right it's a Waste of time but their look happy when they watching with different emotion
Yeah, maybe some people just watch comedy or shop and even learn a lesson, that seems fair. I still feel like the app is built to keep you there, and for someone with a bus to catch, that pull is the problem. I can't really explain it better.
