Also a little fact for you did you know messi has more goals in total in europe than ronaldo? And to say that messi's dribbling is just "pretty" is an insult that is not deserved considering he has the most chances created out of any player every with his dribbling.

again you failed to argue against any of my main points. And you completely overlooked the fact that i mentioned Messi also has 900 career goals. Explain to me why if ronaldo was able to prove it everyone why does he not have a world cup with one of the best teams on paper. and you also failed to adress my points about you mocking messis dribbling as just "pretty" when it makes him the most efficient player in goals and assists of all time. Argentina's national team in 2022 was not even stacked they were a balanced and effective team, but not a team full of superstars as you are making it seem. Also to say that messi needed a stacked squad to succeed is absurd considering that argentinas 2014 national team was mediocre at best and did not deserve to be in the finals. But lionel messi dragged them on his back to the finals where they unfortuantely lost. And explain to me why you say ronaldo has proven it everywhere whilst he only has one world cup knockout goal in his entire career being a penalty. Even if messi got carried to the 2022 world cup which he evidently did not leading the torunament with 10 g/a why has ronaldo not been able to win the world cup with ballon d'or contenders and incredible defence and superstar midfielders?

Yes, Messi carried Argentina to a final in 2014. He lost it. He didn't get the World Cup until 2022 with a stacked squad. Ronaldo's international career isn't perfect, but he dragged Portugal to Euro 2016 and a Nations League.

And it more or less seems like your opinion is more philosophical rather than on overall statistics. Explain to me how having more goals against the top 5 best teams is "cherry picked".And i wasnt saying that that certain statistic proves the case im asking how your criteria of playing against other leagues explains this stat.Again you failed to adress that the argentina 2022 team was not "stacked" but more a balanced team that actually had chemistry.
