I think AI generated songs should be allowed on streaming platforms, yes. But there shall be freedom for the listener to choose what songs they listen to.There is no fact that AI music can't express humans feelings, after all there is a human who gives the prompt for the music. And I think AI music should be checked before streaming it.

I am not saying that full AI music that is purely unenjoyable be allowed to be streamed, I am just saying that AI music should be allowed to stream if, and only if, there is a human artist that uses the AI to perfect his own thoughts or express his own thoughts. That should be allowed. Because it is completely normal that the human has a brilliant idea but he isn't skilled enough to perfect it. So he takes AI's help to perfect it. I think that particular AI music should be allowed.

Remember "Heart on My Sleeve," that fake Drake and Weeknd song? It hit millions of streams before the labels pulled it. Why? Because there was no human author to be accountable for it. That's the core problem with my opponent's "human gives the prompt" argument. A prompt is not authorship, any more than ordering a pizza makes you the chef. If we allow AI songs, we're asking streaming platforms to carry works with no legal human claimant behind them. Nusrat says there should be checks. But checks catch technical issues, not the fundamental lack of accountability. The burden of proof sits with AI proponents to show real authorship, and they haven't met it.

Well, "Heart in the sleeves", was enjoyed by millions. The whole point of listening to music is to enjoy and find yourself through it. So if millions could find themselves and enjoy themselves by that song means that the song was perfectly find. And I argue that AI music, if allowed, will grow a fanbase of its own. in 1960's, you see , everybody loved hard metal, but now everybody loves pop.Time changes and so does our taste in music. And whether AI music is good or not absolutely depends on the listeners taste. So I ask this simple question, " IF AI MUSIC CAN ENCHANT THE LISTENERS LIKE HUMAN MUSIC, SHOULDNT IT BE ALLOWED"? ITs the authorship and the copyrights that needs to be worked out. AI music on itself is perfectly fine and it deserves to be allowed on streamjng platforms.

If AI fills in the chords, melody, and lyrics, then the human didn't perfect anything—he requested it. To meet the burden of proof, the human must make the actual creative choices, not just approve the output. Otherwise, we're back to no accountable author.
