Hi.
The word "depression" has become so overused that it has lost much of its meaning. Every bad day, failed exam, breakup, or stressful week is now casually labeled as "depression." This has blurred the line between ordinary sadness and a genuine medical condition.
Even tho, emotional struggles are real, the way the term "depression" is commonly used today is often exaggerated, misunderstood, and sometimes even treated as a trend rather than a serious medical issue.
