AI generated songs belong on streaming platforms. As an artist myself, I find enjoyment listening to them and find myself inspired when listening. Also, there is a freedom for those to publish AI songs on whichever platform they please. Thefore, it shuld be allowed.

Honestly, I don’t see why AI songs should be banned outright. If a track sounds good and someone wants to listen, letting platforms label it seems fairer than blocking it entirely. The other side probably has concerns, but a total ban just feels too heavy to me.

If you're saying AI songs should be allowed but perhaps labeled, I would agree. The integrity of art is separated by that which humans create, which takes genius, and that which computers generate, which takes programming. Labeling prevents people from stealing AI generated songs and calling themselves artists. However, a ban restricts the enjoyment of listeners who go out of their way to listen to music created by AI.

My opponent makes a fair point about freedom and inspiration, and I’m not sure how to argue with that. I just keep thinking banning songs on streaming because of how they’re made feels off, and a label probably handles it better.

Imagine a listener who just likes how a track sounds and doesn't care how it was made. My opponent's labeling idea sounds fair, and I'm not sure I can argue past that; it still seems like a ban mostly just takes choices away from listeners.
