As everybody knows vaccination is one of the biggest breakthrough in the medicine history. By vaccination we eradicated small pox and are close to eliminate polio, however to do this we have to reach certain level of vaccination in the population. No one can deny that it will be astonishing to eradicate more once deadly diseases which have been gaving suffering for milions. We have to do right move and make vaccination mandatory

That's the core problem: mandates move faster than evidence. A mandate removes the option to weigh your own risk, and it punishes people for a judgment call medicine itself keeps revising, as we saw with boosters. Every drug and medicine which is developed first are tested as much at is possible. Every drug are first tested on animals, than on small groups of healthy voulontiers and then on gradually larger groups. Everything is carefully monitored there is almost 0 risk compared to benefits. So we always have a lot of evidence we should vaccine ourselves. Most of the people don't know it, they think their opinion is smarter than doctors or researchers. Statistics says number of people which isn't vaccinated is growing? We have to wait until some lethal diseases will recover to the word? We would like to risk our children will born with retardation due to ignorance of some people? As I said If level of vaccination will cross threshold some diseases can return and we don't really would like to see it

It is fair argument however one case isn't pattern and we should situation in the Poland for example where people deny getting vaccinated because they just don't have faith in doctors. These people which have knowledge and know what is better in this matter not to take it in their hands and make vaccination mandatory to save lives.
