Having a workweek of 4 days is beneficial for both employees and employers. For employees, it means less work stress and more time to relax and recover. For employers, as employees get enough time off work, they will have intrinsic motivation to work because they will feel the company is considerate of the well-being of its employees.

indeed it can feel that customers will expect service all the week, for that the compnay can have an ai assigned for sutomer support, where most of the basic customer issues get sorted and the major ones are left for when the workweek starts. Also, the cost for setting up an ai for routine and superficial work won't require a hefty cost,

for hospitals, those are the ones that have inelastic demand (in the case for hospital) in that case the employees (doctors) have to be considerate of the fact that are working extra to save a person's life (morale aspect) and for that they can be paid extra and good amount. Whereas, for restaurants, I don't feel closing a day before make a big deal as customers will get accustomed to the fact that this restaurant works 4 days a week , and if customers really like the quality of that restaurant, they will surely plan beforehand when ordering. Also, for a restaurant, it is not an urgent demand as in case of hospitals.
