Imagine someone scrolling a playlist and hearing a song made by a computer, not a band. It feels like filler crowding out real artists, even if the tune is catchy. I just think streaming should be for human music, though maybe the other side has a point.

Music is subjective. Even tho it is not made by a human does not mean it isnt music. Many people out their may still enjoy the art.

The practical thing is that if platforms fill up with computer-made songs, real musicians get buried and might not earn enough to keep going. My opponent might be right that it is harmless, I am not sure how to argue that back. It still feels wrong to me.

The only way the real musicians could be buried was if the ai music is genuinely better, many artists flop daily. same could go for the ai music.

Streaming platforms should be for people who actually made the music, not tracks a computer can churn out endlessly. My opponent is right that some folks might enjoy it, and I am not sure how to argue that away. It still just feels unfair.
