Think about it this way - who decides what counts as "misleading"? Yesterday's conspiracy theory is tomorrow's accepted fact sometimes. We're really comfortable handing that power to a handful of tech executives? They've shown terrible judgment with content moderation before.
The small candidates I mentioned in earlier rounds - they'd be completely silenced. Meanwhile, the big money campaigns just move to TV and direct mail. It doesn't solve the problem. It just shifts who gets heard. Real transparency, real enforcement of existing laws - that's the answer. Not a blanket ban that hurts the little guy most.
