I’m saying players are the ones who generate it, and they should get a share. A share isn’t everything. Fund the other teams, cover the costs, and still pay the people filling the seats. and if the setup only works when the people at its center go unpaid, that's generally not a reason to keep it. It’s a reason to fix it? Every other part of the operation gets paid, from coaches to executives to vendors. Players are the only ones asked to be grateful instead.
